You’ll receive local property and demographic research. We also provide an easy to use back office system for your business, to ensure you offer first-rate customer service with minimal administrative difficulty. There is even an experienced administrator to support you from the ipropertysell.com HQ. Each franchise requires an investment of £20,000 for a five-year contract. Subject to status, finance for franchise purchase is available through one of the U.K.’s largest banks (further details available upon request.
